A
Software Engineer will talk of crafting an application, refining and polishing it, as if it were a wooden sculpture, not a series of logic instructions. The problem here is that you cannot engineer art. Programming falls somewhere between an art and a science.

Search Engine Optimisation update.
Whilst looking at various explanations relating to Google Pagerank, I became more and more convinced that no one really in this world knows what they are talking about. Pagerank is supposed to be at the very heart of Google results. But if you read the posts in some of the forums they are full of people claiming that Pagerank is nothing more than an elaborate hoax by Google.
Well the Google experiment is now on. A superb paper written by someone who I will reveal in the future gave me some hope that this chap actually knew what he`s talking about and on that point I have been inspired to setup a special website that will either prove him right or maybe wrong.
Personally I think he is right and I want to prove him right. The Google experiment will last for six months and then I will reveal the results. I took on a chap with a degree in applied maths, he checked out the paper and has confirmed that the theory looks good. Itscoldoutside is always pushing the boundries of search engine optimisation and is concentrating all its efforts in trying to find a tangible answer to your search engine optimisation questions.
